Add Snowflake to Fulcrum
To add Snowflake to Fulcrum and send warehouse data to Fulcrum, follow these steps:
Step 1: Navigate to the Fulcrum's Integration Page
- Log in to your Fulcrum (opens in a new tab) account using your credentials.
- Once logged in, navigate to the integration page.
Step 2: Select "Connect" by Snowflake

On the integration page, look for the Snowflake integration.

Once you find the Snowflake integration, click on the "Connect". This will initiate the integration setup.
Step 3: Obtain your Snowflake credentials

Open a new tab in your web browser and go to the Snowflake (opens in a new tab).

Log in to your Snowflake account.

After logging in, navigate to the Admin > Accounts.

Copy the account URL to your clipboard. We just need the account ID part (e.g.
cgftmfs-bsb01356
)
Step 4: Enter Snowflake Credentials in Fulcrum

Return to the Fulcrum integration page you accessed in Step 1.

On the Snowflake integration setup screen, you should see the account identifier field.

Paste the account identifier you obtained in Step 3 into this field.

After confirming the credentials, click on the "Connect Snowflake" button to proceed and log into your snowflake account.
Step 5: Configure Fulcrum with Snowflake

Select Snowflake warehouse, database and schema to use for Fulcrum

Choose User table to ingest user properties. Select a unique user ID column.

Choose Account table to ingest org properties. Select a unique account ID column.

Finally, choose events table to ingest event data and properties.

Review the configuration and Finish setup

If the account identifier is valid and the connection is successful, you should see a confirmation message indicating that Fulcrum is now connected to Snowflake.

At this point, the integration setup is complete, and Fulcrum will start fetching data from Snowflake.
Now, you can create dynamic segments on the real-time data from Snowflake and any additional sources you have connected.
